Today provided a beautiful sunset but I'm happy that I head to England in a few days as I have been taking way too many pictures of trees in the last few weeks. Trees and sunsets are becoming a bit too much of a theme around here.

I went to Qwest Field after work to pick up a gift for a friend. His birthday is around the corner and he loves the Seahawks. I parked next to this sketchy looking garage door. Luckily my car was still there when I came back. Sketch!

Today was a busy yet relaxing day. I spent some time with Meg knitting, purchased some stuff for my upcoming trip, organized my filing cabinet and started packing. I do detest the packing but it must be done. Oh to be a princess who has people to do her packing. Now that would be just lovely.

I headed up to Stanwood to have my hair done today. On the way back, I drove the Pioneer Highway and spotted this rotting barn on the side of the road. I had to stop and take a picture. I only wish I had been brave enough to walk out to the barn for some photos inside the structure.

As I climbed into my car this morning, I noticed the moon hanging heavily over the neighbor's trees. There are few clouds in the sky but they add a whispery dimension to the composition.

The sweet whiteness of this yarn soothes my soul on days when I'm tightly wound. This might be the reason I haven't started the project this yarn is slated for. I'm afraid of losing it's soothing qualties once it is knit up.

Bonnie is a fun dog though she doesn't seem to like any other dog than her brother, Clyde. She loves her Kong and thinks that walks are the best because it gives her a chance to sniff everything!

I'm dogsitting for Jack and Lucy. They are obsessed with this one green toy and have been going crazy over it. Their owners put up this new piece of art and I really like it.

I headed up to the Alki Met Market to grab some Sushi for lunch. While driving up the West Seattle Bridge, I noticed this sign for Luna Park. I'm not sure if that is a neighborhood within West Seattle but either way, I do like this sign. I need to find out what exactly Luna Park is though.

I took the bus to work today and waited downtown to transfer to my second bus. I love the tall buildings downtown and how they look in the morning light.
